As far as I know you can't use bold text in confirm box. You can do it only if you use a web-page confirmation (creating a page that would be used as a confirm box).

Turning text into bold through javascript can be done in various ways. I would suggest you usage of spans or divs. For instance:

<input type="button" onclick="document.getElementById('mydiv').style.fontWeight='bold'" value="make bold" />

you can create something that visually mimics the confirm box and use bold text with css

It can be done with a combination of what the previous posts imply. With enough color modification, you can create the appearance of a bold confirm.
