I have been searching and searching for something, and I am about to go out of my mind, so I thought I would post a note here to see if anyone can help me

I need this to be free or low cost (under a 100 bucks)

I am trying to start a private website (to keep kids out) (no not a porn site lol)

basicly, I need it to be paypal happy, plus others would be nice also... I need to be able to have chat rooms, message boards, profiles, voting booths, area so I can upload games, place where people can post to an image gallery, add jokes, and anything else that they basicly want to do... place so people can check email, etc... basicly, I want to run a private network on one givin subject, and I can not find a fit for what I need.... The only reason for paypal is to help weed out the kids and to maybe make a tad bit of money

if anyone has an idea, please let me know, cause I am going out of my mind... I have takin a look @ soooooo many things, I dont even know where to start now... I perfer php also, but if not, thats ok, and I would like it to all run in 1 or more databases (MySql)....

One very important thing with this, I want to be able to add what ever addon I can think of, other php scripts (IE dating type scripts or any other type of login script, where the person will not have to login again, because they already did it....)

You will not get something like this done for 100.00! Something like this would take alot of time, and most coders charge per hour.

You're asking for a lot here and it's no suprise that you're tearing your hair out.

You can get quite a good foundation using a well known CMS (content management system) like XOOPS or phpnuke. That won't give you the paypal bit or the email bit. I'm sure you can find photo galleries too if you look hard enough, I'm making one myself, but it's verging on one of those Vapourware projects atm.

I would recomend that you get this custom made. You can hire people here, JS-X.com (where I moderate) or rentacoder.com. RaC is probably the best option as you'll get a great job done, but don't think it'll be cheap. You could of course make this yourself but it'd take a long time.

Like i said most php coders/companies charge 50.00 per hr. This project will take days to complete.
