I am looking to develop a long term relationship with someone who will promote, market, publicize, advertise, develop, evolve, transform and grow my discussion forum.
This will require several things.
1. Internet Marketing:
a. Making a list of as many search engine submission web page.
b. Making a list of every directory
c. Making a list of possible link exchange partners
d. Finding relevant web sites on the topic and seeing if they would be interested in partnering on the forum.

b. Going to those forums, answering the questions people ask through private messaging to join the forum (this one)
c. Making connections with people via AOL IM from these forums
d. Inviting them to visit our forum
e. Recruit people who are interested in the forum topic
f. Build networks with people
3. Build the forums content
a. Populate the directory with good resources
b. Post to the forum
c. Go to other forums and copy job requests from them and post them on our forum (if legal)
d. Post questions from other forums on our forum and answer them
e. Email those people from the other forum the answers and invite them
f. Create web pages on important topics and put them on the web forums library
g. Contact web sites and figure out some kind of exchange for their advertising their services on the forum.
h. Build networks.
i. Post the latest articles news and information on the forum
4. Setup a Directory
a. Setup categories
b. Populate them with partnership sites
c. Offer listing on the directory in exchange for link exchange
5. Setup News portal like mambo
a. Recruit news posters
b. Put the latest and greatest news and information.
c. Link to the forum to discuss the article
6. Build Information Sites on the domain

b. How tos
c. Guides
